Step 1: File Pre-Flight Check
The moment your artwork lands with us, our prepress team runs a rigorous 300 DPI pre-flight check. This automated and manual inspection catches the most common file problems before a single drop of ink is used:

Step 2: Color Calibration & Proofing
Dubai's climate — intense light, varied ambient temperatures — means our presses are recalibrated daily. We use ICC color profiles matched to each paper stock (gloss coated, matte art, uncoated kraft, premium Fedrigoni) to ensure that the color on your screen matches the printed sheet.
For high-value orders — luxury business cards, event signage, exhibition banners — we produce a physical proof or a digital soft-proof PDF before committing to the full run. Color accuracy is our biggest quality promise.
Step 3: Plate-Making or Digital RIP Processing
Depending on the order volume and product type, we route your job to one of two press technologies:
Offset Lithographic Printing is best for large quantities (500+ sheets). Aluminum plates are burned from your artwork and inked with CMYK process colors. The result is exceptional consistency across thousands of copies. This is how your 1,000-piece business card order is produced.
High-Resolution Digital Printing suits short runs and same-day orders. Our digital presses use dry or liquid toner at up to 2,400 DPI. No plate setup means faster turnaround and more cost-effective short-run production.

Every completed job is inspected under daylight-corrected lamps before packing. We check for color consistency, clean cuts, and finishing quality. Orders are then carefully packed — flat items between corrugated boards, rolled prints in protective tubes, rigid signage in bubble-wrap lined cartons.
Step 6: Same-Day or Express Delivery Across Dubai
Once packed and labeled, your order enters our dispatch system. We partner with Aramex and local couriers for same-day delivery across Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah, Deira, and all 7 UAE Emirates. Most express orders placed before 12pm are delivered by 6pm the same day.
